Taking credit of the Medici Family, Florence became a major city in the renaissance period with numerous works of arts and different architectures. One can view its magnificent panoramic view of its skyline with numerous classical architectures dating back from the 16th Century. Traveling the Arno River will take the tourist to different sites like the Ponte Vecchio.
