There is no such magnificent city in Tuscany than Florence. It was the birth place of renaissance period in Italy. Florentines takes pride in bringing the classic back to its zenith. Taking credit of the Medici Family, Florence became a major city in the renaissance period with numerous works of arts and different architectures. One can view its magnificent panoramic view of its skyline with numerous classical architectures dating back from the 16th Century. Traveling the Arno River will take the tourist to different sites like the Ponte Vecchio. Reminiscing the days of Machiavelli when the Florentines are still independent from other Italian state, one can always visit the Piazza de la Republica which still dates back from the later Medieval Age. With these ancient sites, UNESCO declared Florence as a World Heritage Site. Likewise visiting Italy would not be complete if Florence is not included in every tourist’s itinerary.

Florentines take pride in its tourism. Millions of tourists are flocking in the area during the early spring up to the late summer to experience the great Mediterranean climate. A tourists’ usual concern during this season is a place stay. Lots of tourist, even outnumbering the local residents, will jam almost in all the inns and hotels.
